Here’s what’s new:

  1. Quid Pro Quo Prevention

We’ve launched Quid Pro Quo, a feature designed to ensure fairness by preventing immediate reciprocal recognitions, promoting a balanced recognition cycle and protecting your budget. How It Works:
  • Fairness in Action: Once someone gives a recognition, the recipient cannot immediately reciprocate. The person who made the recognition will also be unable to reward the same individual for a set period (as determined).
  • Preventing Unfair Cycles: This ensures mutual recognition isn’t abused, preventing a quick back-and-forth cycle of awards.
  • Maintaining Budget Integrity: Track and manage reciprocal nominations to ensure your recognition budget is used wisely.
  1. Leaderboard Configurable to Display Up to 10 Winners

Leaderboards can be configured to display anywhere from 3 to 10 winners, depending on your organization’s business needs. To set this up, go to Manage Leaderboard > **Create a Leaderboard,**choose the number of winners to display using the drop-down menu. The maximum number of winners displayed is 10.
  1. Filter Your Empuls Feed to Show Polls

Looking for a poll you answered a week ago? No need to scroll endlessly—just apply the filters. Navigate to your Empuls Feed, click on Filter, and select Polls from the drop-down. This lets you quickly find and focus on polls, boosting team participation.
  1. Gamify Interview Participation with Workday (or Any HRIS)

Hiring is a team effort. Make it fun and engaging by gamifying interview participation through your Workday or HRIS system. ✔️ Track employees who conduct interviews ✔️ Award points for each completed interview ✔️ Rank top contributors on a leaderboard Recognize and reward employees who support hiring—and extend gamification to referrals, training, wellness challenges, and more!
  1. AI-Powered Content Moderation

Admins now have access to AI-Powered Content Moderation, a feature that detects and blocks inappropriate content before it’s published. This ensures a safe environment while giving admins visibility into flagged items for review.

Admins can now gamify employee participation by:
  • Defining custom milestones and rewards
  • Allowing employees to unlock rewards as they achieve goals
  • Customizing game rules and the user interface
  • Tracking milestones easily for smooth management

Rich Text Editing for Posts Soon you’ll be able to bold text in posts. This update will make it easier to highlight important content, improving readability on both web and mobile platforms. **⭐ Nudge Template Enhancements for Awards and Appreciations **We are enhancing the nudge templates for awards and appreciation to include images. This makes recognition more visual, impactful, and engaging for employees. **⭐ Improved UI on Slack Home Page **A refreshed Slack home page is on its way. Look out for a new banner and clickable buttons for Wall of Fame, My Profile, Leaderboard, and Employee Directory—customized based on user access. **⭐ AI-Powered Skill Mapping **Soon, Empuls will analyze recognition messages to identify and map employee skills. This provides valuable insights without requiring separate assessments.
