   Personalize Your Feed with “My Circle” Sub-Filters

Customize your feed with filters like location, business unit, or department. Click “My Circle” at the top of the home page, apply filters, and select Save.

2. Custom Fields Are Now Live in the Application!

Easily customize your experience with Custom Fields now integrated into Surveys! Set Up Awards: Create awards based on user attributes. Automate Gifting: Enable data-driven personalized gifting. Manage Users: Group and organize users seamlessly.

3. Improved Polls with a Centralized Widget

The poll widget is now centrally located on the dashboard for quick access. Easily create polls by clicking the icon, adding questions, and setting timeframes to boost engagement!

4. Flexible Gift Voucher Denominations

You can now choose custom amounts for gift vouchers. Go to “Redeem,” pick a voucher, enter your preferred amount, and confirm your order!

5. Reward Cycle 3.0: Bringing R&R Plans to Life

The Reward Cycle helps HRs structure and execute their recognition and rewards (R&R) plans seamlessly: ✅ Define timelines ✅ Manage communications to all stakeholders ✅ Provide employees with a simplified rewarding experience With the latest update, we’ve enhanced the Managing Communications feature to make it even easier to engage everyone involved.

6. Seamless Empuls Access via PeopleStrong

We’ve built a seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with PeopleStrong, allowing employees to access Empuls directly from their PeopleStrong account without additional credentials. Recognize peers, celebrate milestones, and engage easily!

7. Appreciation Reminders within Slack and MS Teams

Managers and team members now get reminders via Slack and MS Teams to recognize and reward colleagues. This ensures timely recognition and promotes a culture of appreciation within daily workflows.

⭐Survey Scheduler We are soon introducing the Survey Scheduler, which will allow you to define rules and automatically collect feedback at scheduled times for different surveys. ⭐ Milestone Rewards Program Milestone Rewards Program will allow you to reward employees as they achieve key milestones! Customize rules, track progress, and automatically issue rewards to celebrate every success. ⭐ Wall of Fame Enhancements Users will soon be able to: Filter the Wall of Fame by department, cost centre, or criteria and share filtered views via a unique URL. **⭐ Improved Announcements **A revamped announcement module is on its way to help admins communicate updates more effectively.
