Before You Begin

Ensure you have admin access to both isolved and Empuls. Obtain your isolved API credentials from the administrator settings.

How It Works

isolved integration connects your cloud-based HR management platform with Empuls for automatic employee data synchronization. The integration ensures employee data stays synchronized with a 24-hour sync cycle, automatically managing additions, updates, and separations.

Why this Integration?

This integration automates the user account management processes in Empuls based on the employee data available in your isolved account. With this integration, you can :
  • Add new employees to Empuls automatically when their isolved profile is created.
  • Edit existing employee data in Empuls simply by updating their isolved profile.
  • Remove exited employees from Empuls based on their exit date/status in isolved.
Once this integration is enabled, the data will sync between Empuls and your isolved account once every 24 hours. Data can be mapped for
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Official email
  4. Employee code/ID
  5. Grade
  6. Department
  7. Designation
  8. Date of birth
  9. Date of Joining
  10. Mobile number
  11. Business Unit
  12. Cost center
  13. Location
  14. Contact/Mobile number, and many more
