How does the integration work?

Step 1: Connect your database

After logging into Compass go to the integrations tab and select Zoho CRM. Login with relevant credentials and authenticate the data transfer. Select the objects that you want to import

Step 2: Map Fields

Once the integration is done, you can immediately map the necessary fields. Additionally, you can introduce new fields if any required information is absent from your current database.
