Your wish joins the board. It’s visible to everyone with access to the board.

For larger celebrations (milestone anniversaries, retirements), Wish Boards offer signature pages — a styled page where everyone’s signatures and short notes appear together, like a real-life going-away card. - Wishes on a Wish Board are visible to everyone with access to the board (usually all colleagues, sometimes restricted by group).
- If your wish includes private content, edit or delete it before the window closes — once the Yearbook is generated, edits to the source wishes don’t propagate.

Limits and gotchas
- A Wish Board’s window cannot be extended after it closes. Plan your contribution before the deadline.
- GIFs and photos count against your post storage quota (configured by your admin).
- Wish Boards for exited employees stay accessible for a configurable retention window — typically 30 days — then archive.
