The Empuls mobile app brings your workplace engagement to your pocket. Recognise colleagues, redeem reward points, respond to surveys, check the leaderboard, and stay connected with your team — all from your phone.

Download and install

  1. Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Search tab and type Empuls.
  3. Tap Get and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID.
  4. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
  1. Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. Tap the search icon and type Empuls.
  3. Tap Install and approve the requested permissions.
  4. Once installed, tap Open to launch the app.
If your device does not have access to the Google Play Store, you can sideload the app:
  1. Log in to Empuls in your mobile browser.
  2. Tap your profile image and select Download Mobile App.
  3. Download the APK file and follow the installation prompts.
To allow installation from unknown sources:
  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap Apps > Special app access > Install unknown apps.
  3. Select the app you will use to install (Files app or browser) and toggle Allow from this source on.
Only install the Empuls APK from the official in-app download link. Do not download APK files from third-party websites.

Log in on mobile

Enter your registered email address and password on the login screen.If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password to reset it. You can also tap Email OTP to receive a one-time passcode to your registered email instead.
  1. Enter your company domain name on the login screen.
  2. Enter your email address or employee ID and password.
  3. Tap Log in.
If your organisation uses SSO, you will be redirected to authenticate through your identity provider.
  1. On the login screen, tap Help.
  2. Tap Click here next to “Log in using your registered mobile number to receive an OTP.”
  3. Enter your registered mobile number and select your country code. Tap Continue.
  4. Enter the one-time password sent to your phone to complete login.

What you can do on the app

Feed

Your personalised social feed with posts, recognitions, and updates. Like, comment, and join discussions.

Recognise colleagues

Tap Recognize, select a colleague, choose an award or core value, write a message, and submit.

Rewards catalog

Browse and redeem your points for gift cards, merchandise, or experiences.

Surveys

Respond to pulse surveys, eNPS surveys, and lifecycle surveys sent by your organisation.

Groups

View and interact with all groups you are part of — read posts, react, and comment.

Leaderboard

Check your engagement ranking and view weekly, monthly, and quarterly leaderboards.

Notifications

Real-time alerts for recognitions, group invitations, comment replies, and announcements.

Direct messages

Send one-on-one messages to colleagues within Empuls.

Common tasks

Update your profile
  1. Tap your profile image and tap your name to open your profile.
  2. Tap About, then the pencil icon to edit.
  3. Update your bio, skills, languages, and hobbies. Tap Save.
Post on the social feed
  1. Tap Social and tap the + icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Write your post, add media if needed, and submit.
Nominate a colleague for an award
  1. Tap Recognize on the Home Screen.
  2. Search for and select the colleague.
  3. Choose the award or core value and add a citation.
  4. Tap Submit.
Redeem reward points
  1. Tap Visit Storefront from the Home Screen.
  2. Browse categories, select an item, choose denominations and quantities, and complete checkout.
Log out
  1. Navigate to your profile.
  2. Under account settings, tap Logout and confirm.

Troubleshooting

Force close and reopen the app. Restart your phone. Check that you have the latest version installed. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Update to the latest app version. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Empuls > Storage > Clear Cache. On iPhone, uninstall and reinstall the app. Check your internet connection.
Double-check your email and password. Try logging in via the web version to confirm your credentials are correct. Reset your password if needed. Clear the app cache and try again.
Check that notifications are enabled for Empuls in your device’s system settings. Also review your notification preferences in Account Preferences inside the app.

The Empuls app is available on the Apple App Store (iPhone) and Google Play Store (Android). You can also find the download link under your profile image in the Empuls web app — select Download Mobile App.
Yes. Use the Company Domain Login option and enter your company domain name. If your organisation uses SSO, you will be redirected to your identity provider to authenticate.
Yes. Tap Visit Storefront from the Home Screen, browse the catalog, and complete redemptions exactly as you would on the web.
Most features are available on mobile — recognition, surveys, the social feed, reward redemption, groups, leaderboard, and notifications. Some admin-only features are only accessible via the web.
