Work with your IT team to configure the Empuls integration with Slack. Once done, Empuls appears as a separate app within your Slack workspace.

Employee access within Slack
Employees can directly in Slack:
- Recognise and redeem awards
- View the Wall of Fame
- Check the leaderboard
- Respond to surveys and quiz invites
- Manage high-priority pending actions

Admin configuration
Admins can configure how Empuls behaves within Slack — deciding which post types appear in specific channels. Set up dedicated channels for:
- Leaderboard updates
- Appreciations and recognitions
- Other announcement types

Empuls chatbot
Employees get a one-on-one chat with the Empuls bot in Slack. The bot provides notifications about awards, appreciations, and updates related to their close circle — keeping recognition visible and timely.
