Open the award's image settings
Edit the award and go to the section where you upload the award image.

Upload multiple images
Add up to 10 images to the award’s image pool.

Choose default or randomize
Set a fixed default image, or enable Randomize mode so each recognition automatically gets a different image from the pool.

Understand image freezing
Once a recognition is issued, its image is frozen — the same image appears in the feed, email, and certificate every time.
