Admin console
1
Dashboard overview
Open the Compass admin console to see an overview of platform access, earnings, and analytics. Filter by month, quarter, year, or week to focus the view.
2
Manage users
Enable user-level data and assign access roles to different users from the Users section.
3
Connect data sources
Add data through one-click integrations, webhooks, or by manually uploading CSV files. Compass is schema-agnostic, so your data doesn’t need to fit a predefined template.
4
Build the metric library
In the Metric library, create the metrics that capture the rules and conditions used to calculate sales compensation.
5
Configure plans
Open a plan to see the participant list, milestones, milestone conditions, and rewards. Admins can customise who is added to each plan.
6
Set app settings and theme
Choose a theme for end users or create a custom theme. Configure any additional plan-level settings before going live.
7
Review live plan activity
Once a plan is live, view its transactions, earnings, and plan details — or edit the plan if changes are needed.
8
Track performance and analytics
Use the dashboard section to monitor milestones, performance tiers, key measurements (such as cars sold by variety), and how teams are progressing.
9
Drill into the performance report
See each product specialist or dealership in the performance report — with unique partner codes, performance, incentives, and total earnings. Add widgets for region, dealership, or city-level breakdowns based on any KPI.
