Steps

Navigate to nominate or award

Go to the nomination or instant award section and select the person you want to recognise.

Review the smart recommendation

When you select someone, the system automatically checks how often you’ve recognised this person in the past and surfaces a smart recommendation.

Act on the insight

The recommendation may remind you if it’s been a while since you last recognised this person, or flag if you’ve recognised them recently. Use this insight to decide the best course of action.

Proceed with recognition

Once you’ve reviewed the recommendation, proceed with nominating or awarding as usual.
Smart Recognition is designed to reduce bias in the recognition process — helping managers, HR professionals, and employees recognise a broader range of team members more equitably.
