Steps
Go to Manage Shops
Click Reports and Admin → Manage Shops. You’ll see a list of all existing in-house products.
Enable or disable products
Toggle the enable/disable switch on any product to control its visibility in the store.
Add a new in-house product
Click Add In-House Item. Fill in:
- Product image
- Name and description
- Price and currency
- Fulfilment details (how the item is delivered or redeemed)
- Terms and conditions (any constraints or eligibility criteria)
Manage gift cards
Use the gift card section to enable or disable specific gift card brands that appear in the redemption store.
