Steps

Access the Redeem tab

From your Empuls homepage, click the Redeem tab on the right side of the menu to open the Empuls reward store.

Browse categories

Explore available categories such as merchandise, gift cards, and more. Select the Gift Card category to browse 100+ popular brands.

Choose a voucher

Select the gift card brand or product voucher you’d like to redeem. Review how to use it, terms and conditions, and voucher details.

Set denomination and quantity

Add the denomination you want and specify the quantity you wish to purchase.

Redeem

Click Redeem to proceed. Review the order summary, then confirm your order.

Receive your voucher

The gift card voucher will be sent to you via email. You’ll also find a summary of your order in the platform.
