Setting Up Awards

Navigate to Awards & Core Values

Go to Reports and Admin → Programs → Awards and Core Values, then click Create an Award.

Create a Spot Award

Select an image, enter a name, description, and internal description. Choose the recipient type, set points (fixed or range), optionally attach a certificate, and define the nominee and nominator criteria.

Create an Approval-Based Award

Follow the same steps as a spot award, then additionally choose an approver designation. The award is only given after the approver’s sign-off.

Create a Jury-Based Award

Follow the same initial steps, then select a jury panel and optionally a moderator who can view jury ratings and shortlist recipients. Set multi-level approvers as needed.

Submit nominations in bulk

Click the three dots (⋯) on any award → Submit Nomination in Bulk → upload a CSV file with all nominee data.

Setting Up Core Values

Go to Core Values section

From the Awards and Core Values page, navigate to the Core Value section and click Add a Core Value.

Define the core value

Give the core value a name, choose an icon from the icon library, and add a description.

Use core values in recognition

From the homepage, click Recognize → select a person → choose the core value or award → add a citation. You can use AI to select a tone for your citation before sending.
