We’re excited to bring you the latest updates from Xoxoday Empuls, designed to enrich your experience and drive better engagement across your organization. **Here's what's new:** 1. **Enhanced Reports for Actionable Insights** The Reports & Insights page has been redesigned, and four new reports, Recognition, Budget, Gift, and Redemption, have been added. This makes it easier to access key insights, track performance, manage spending, and monitor employee engagement efficiently. Redeem Health and Wellness Catalog with Zero or Partial Points** Employees can now redeem items from the Health & Wellness catalog even with zero or partial points. This makes the catalog more accessible, encourages engagement, and lets employees prioritize their health and well-being without waiting to accumulate points. Employees can now explore collection links right inside the reward store. Wellness packages, festive gifting, and other exciting reward options are just a click away. Filter Action Plans by Year** Finding new action plans just got easier! Users can now filter action plans on the Action Plan page by year of creation or ETA date. This helps locate recent plans quickly, track expected completions, and manage action items without scrolling through older entries. Flexible International Redemptions with Any Points Balance** Employees outside India can now redeem rewards even if they don’t have enough points. They can pay the remaining amount to complete the purchase, making international redemptions flexible, seamless, and accessible. Automated Slack Reminders for Surveys** You can now set up automated Slack reminders to help employees complete surveys on time. This ensures better response rates and reduces delays, with configurable reminder frequencies for maximum effectiveness. HiBob Integration for Automated HR Workflows** HiBob enables automated HR workflows, including SSO, user sync, data mapping, and rewards triggers. With the Empuls integration, partners can now build, test, and deploy integrations smoothly, using a structured process that includes obtaining a Partner-Token, testing in sandbox environments, submitting demo videos, and publishing user guides. Enhanced Formatting for Mandatory Question Awards** Awards that require nominees to answer mandatory questions now support rich text formatting in their responses. Select Nominated Date in Certificates** Certificates for awards now let HR teams select the nominated date instead of the approval date. This ensures recognition is accurate and timely, even for nominations finalized in previous months or quarters.
