Automated Content Moderation** Xoxoday Empuls makes it easier to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment by automatically flagging or blocking messages containing hate speech, harassment, sexual content, or violence. Admins receive instant notifications for any flagged content, which can be reviewed anytime under **Admin > AI Settings > Content Moderation**, with AI-powered moderation working quietly in the background to ensure a seamless experience. Skill Mapping** Xoxoday Empuls helps you uncover soft skill trends across your teams by tapping into existing recognition data, unlocking hidden trends and talent insights across the organization. This enables you to: **- Decode soft skill compositions to understand your team’s capabilities.** **- Identify gaps and strengths to guide hiring or upskilling.** **- Assess talent readiness with a clear skill quotient.** **- Shape learning paths and development plans with real-time insights.** Skill Mapping offers a new lens into workforce capabilities—providing AI-driven insights to help you make smarter, data-backed talent decisions. A Smarter Slack Home Tab** We have added new capabilities to the Xoxoday Empuls Home Tab on Slack, designed to make it more intuitive and action-ready for your daily workflow. Here’s what’s new: **Wall of Fame** – Celebrate and view employee recognitions across the organization. **My Profile** – Update your bio, track recognitions and wishes, and manage all account details. **Leaderboard** – Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to the workplace happiness quotient. **Directory** – Quickly find and connect with colleagues across teams. The new **Taxation Report** makes it simple by breaking down taxable reward amounts. Rich Text Formatting Options AI-Powered Content Moderation** You can now **bold** your text in Empuls posts—on both web and mobile.
