Effortless Recognition with Empuls Copilot** Say hello to **Empuls Copilot** – your AI-powered assistant designed to transform how you recognize, engage, and support your people. Now, managers and employees can take action directly through a simple chat. Whether you want to appreciate a colleague, redeem reward points, or view insights - Empuls Copilot has you covered. **Example:** *"Please appreciate Alex for closing the deal."* Copilot will ask a few quick questions like award type, value and even draft a personalized message for you. **No clicks. Zero Transaction Fee for Wallet Recharge (for India)** Wallet recharges are now quicker, easier, and more efficient for admins in India. The process has been streamlined, allowing admins to manage recharges independently, using UPI and Corporate Net Banking directly through the platform. **What’s new:** * More payment options: **UPI** and **Corporate Net Banking** now supported * **Zero transaction fees** on net banking * **Minimal fees** on credit card payments **Where to find it:** Go to **Admin > Billing and Customization > Recharge Wallet** This feature is currently available only for customers in **India**. Recurring Reward Cycles for Automated Recognition** Running recognition programs shouldn't rely heavily on HR or take hours to set up. That’s why we’ve introduced Recurring Reward Cycles to automate your reward programs to repeat on a defined schedule. * Eliminate setup friction * Keep rewards consistent, timely, and effortless. Rich Text Editor for Engaging Posts** The new rich text editor makes it easier than ever to craft clear, compelling posts your team won’t miss.
