This update ensures fair resource distribution and efficient budget management. Prorated budget allocation page distributing funds across teams based on size **Expanded multiple-choice options in award configuration** We have expanded the number of multiple-choice options for configuring awards, from 10 to 15 questions. Also, the character limit for multiple choice questions has been increased to 100 from 50. Award configuration form with expanded multiple-choice options up to 15 with 100-character limit **Get data on who are yet to claim their link-based rewards** In admin settings, under Data, we’ve added the filter “Claim Status” to help get insights on users who have claimed their redeemable link-based rewards and those who are yet to claim. Admin Data report with new Claim Status filter showing redeemed and unclaimed link rewards **Bulk gifting with mobile number support** Bulk gifting now supports mobile numbers for file uploads, allowing Admins to include all active users when scheduling gifts in bulk, regardless of their login method. This is particularly beneficial for shop floor, field and remote workers. **Approval flow management for disabled nominees** Approvers will now receive a notification when attempting to review or approve award nominations for individuals who have left the organization. They can then choose to act or leave the nomination pending.
