Navigate to **Recognize > Click the filter icon** to enter the filter details. Proceed with the recognition steps as usual. Filter panel on the Recognize page for selecting recipients by designation, department, or location ### **Personalize your feed** Fine-tune your social feed to highlight birthdays, anniversaries, and new joiners in your close circle. Go to the home page, and choose the feed content setting as **Recommended** and **filter the type of posts** you want to see. Home feed content settings with Recommended view and post-type filters for birthdays and anniversaries ### **Make attachments for nominations mandatory** Admins can now make it mandatory for nominators to attach supporting documents (PDF, PPT, CSV, XLSX) to drive fair, data-driven award decisions. 🔎 Navigate to **Awards, Values, and Gifts** and select the relevant award. Then go to the **Advanced Setting** card to **+ Add Question** and check the **Make attachment mandatory** box. Award Advanced Settings showing the Make attachment mandatory option for nomination questions **Sync profile pictures from Slack** You can automatically sync your Slack profile picture to the Empuls platform. **Preserve award name histories** Managers and Admins can access historical data even after award names change, ensuring continuous reporting on old and new awards. **Note:** This applies to edited but not discontinued awards. Keeping up with the new features is the first step. Next, and more important step, is to see their impact on your employee engagement strategy in action.
