# Yearbook

> Receive a downloadable Yearbook compiled from every wish, recognition, and signature posted to your Wishboard.

A Yearbook is a compiled digital keepsake from a [Wish Board](/employees/socials/wish-board). When the celebration window ends — your birthday, work anniversary, milestone year, or farewell — Empuls automatically gathers every wish, photo, GIF, and signature into a page-by-page book you can keep.

## When you get a Yearbook

You receive a Yearbook for each celebration that ran a Wish Board on your behalf:

* Your birthday (annual)
* Each work anniversary
* Each service-award milestone (1 yr, 3 yr, 5 yr, etc.)
* Welcome / new-joiner Wish Boards (on your start)
* Farewell Wish Boards (on your exit)

You'll get an in-app and email notification when the Yearbook is ready, typically within 24 hours of the Wish Board window closing.

## What's inside

A Yearbook has the following structure:

| Page                 | Content                                                                         |

| **Cover**            | Title, celebration occasion, your name and photo                                |
| **Wish pages**       | Every wish posted to the board, one or more per page, paginated for readability |
| **Signature pages**  | Compiled signature collection if your Wish Board had signature pages            |
| **Photo gallery**    | All photos posted to the board, full-bleed                                      |
| **Recognition wall** | Recognitions you received during the celebration window                         |
| **Closing page**     | Stats — number of wishes, signatures, contributors                              |

The exact composition depends on what teammates contributed.

## View your Yearbook

    Click the **View your Yearbook** link in the in-app notification or email.

    Use the page navigation at the bottom — arrow keys, swipe, or click the page edges.

  <Step title="Read each wish">
    Click any wish to enlarge it. Comments, reactions, and timestamps are preserved.

## Download your Yearbook

Yearbooks are downloadable as PDF. Click **Download PDF** from the Yearbook viewer. The download includes all pages exactly as they appear in the viewer.

For more elaborate keepsakes — for example, a printed photo book — the Empuls supply chain partner can print and ship a physical version if your admin has enabled the option. Look for **Order printed copy** on the viewer.

## Share your Yearbook

Yearbooks are private to you by default. You can:

* **Share via internal link** — Send the Yearbook URL to a specific colleague (Empuls login required).
* **Share PDF** — Send the PDF outside Empuls.
* **Make public to your org** — Only available for milestone anniversaries; turns the Yearbook into a public page on the [Wall of Fame](/employees/recognitions/wall-of-fame).

## Yearbook history

All your past Yearbooks remain accessible from your profile under the **Yearbooks** tab. Browse by year or occasion.

## Limits and gotchas

* Yearbooks generate once the Wish Board window closes. Wishes posted after generation don't appear.
* Photo and GIF quality in the PDF matches what was uploaded. Low-res images stay low-res.
* Privacy of individual wishes is governed by who could see them on the Wish Board — wishes from a private group remain private in the Yearbook.
