# Shop Category Management

> Add in-house products and manage gift card availability in the Empuls redemption store.

## Steps

  <Step title="Go to Manage Shops">
    Click **Reports and Admin → Manage Shops**. You'll see a list of all existing in-house products.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable or disable products">
    Toggle the enable/disable switch on any product to control its visibility in the store.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add a new in-house product">
    Click **Add In-House Item**. Fill in:

    * Product image
    * Name and description
    * Price and currency
    * Fulfilment details (how the item is delivered or redeemed)
    * Terms and conditions (any constraints or eligibility criteria)

    Click **Confirm and Save** — the product will be added to your catalog and made available to eligible employees.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage gift cards">
    Use the gift card section to **enable or disable specific gift card brands** that appear in the redemption store.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable Amazon store (US only)">
    For US-based organisations, there's an option to enable a dedicated **Amazon store** for employees within the shop settings.
