# Schedule & Auto-Deliver Custom Reports

> Watch how to build custom reports with raw data built in and schedule automatic delivery to any stakeholder on Empuls.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open Custom Reports">
    Go to **Reports and Admin → Reports → Custom Reports**, then click **Create Custom Report**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the report type">
    Pick **Data report** to build a custom tabular report with your choice of raw data fields, or **Summary report** for a pre-configured dashboard summary.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Build with raw data and filters">
    Select your source data, add the fields you need, and apply filters — all from inside Custom Reports, without switching modules.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set a delivery schedule">
    Turn on scheduling and choose a frequency — **daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select the audience">
    Add the recipients or target audience (for example, BU heads, HODs, or managers). Reports are then delivered automatically, with no manual export.
