# Set Up Reward Campaigns

> Create and launch reward campaigns to drive structured engagement across your organisation.

## Steps

  <Step title="Navigate to Reward Campaigns">
    Go to **Reports and Admin → Programs → Reward Campaigns**, then click **Create Reward Campaign**.

  <Step title="Step 1 — Name and configure awards">
    Give the campaign a name and brief description. Select the awards to include and set nomination limits for each (unlimited or a specific cap).

    Set the planned points allocation — this is for tracking planned vs. actual usage only, not a hard budget limit.

  <Step title="Step 2 — Define stakeholders">
    Choose the stakeholders who will be notified via email announcements and programme banners.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 3 — Set timelines">
    Specify the campaign's start date (when nominations open), the end date for nominations, and the reward cycle close date.

    Configure the announcement email for stakeholders and set up the homepage banner. Then choose recurrence — weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Step 4 — Review governance rules">
    Review and configure award governance rules. Each rule has three modes:

    * **Observe** — logs violations for admin review without blocking
    * **Advice** — warns users but allows the action
    * **Restricted** — blocks the action and prompts the user to make changes

    Key rules include reciprocity restriction, repetitive recognition control, approver limits, reward distribution balancing, and nomination caps.

    Click **Save and Continue** to finalise the campaign. It will run according to your configured timeline and recurrence.
