# Recognise Your Peers & Team Members

> A complete walkthrough of peer-to-peer recognition workflows on Empuls.

## Steps

  <Step title="Navigate to the Recognize tab">
    From your Empuls home page, click on the **Recognize** tab in the navigation.

  <Step title="Select your nominee(s)">
    You'll see a list of your team members. Select one member to recognise, or choose multiple team members to recognise together.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose an award">
    After selecting the nominee, choose the type of award you'd like to give. Empuls shows awards that fit within your budget and eligibility criteria. The points to be deducted will be displayed based on the award selected.

  <Step title="Write an appreciation message">
    Draft a message explaining why your colleague stands out and which project or contribution you're recognising them for.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enhance with AI (optional)">
    If you'd like to improve your message, click the **Replace** tab to use Empuls's built-in AI capability to enhance it. Preview the improved message before proceeding.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose visibility and share">
    Select whether to share the recognition **publicly** or **privately**, then click **Share Recognition** to send it.
