# How to Recognise on Empuls

> Learn how to send recognitions and appreciation to your team members on Empuls.

## Steps

  <Step title="Click the Recognize CTA">
    On your Empuls home screen, you'll see a **Recognize** call-to-action button. Click on it to begin.

  <Step title="Select the nominee">
    Choose the person you want to send recognition to. This is the person you'd like to appreciate.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose an award">
    Based on your budget and eligibility criteria, select the appropriate award for the nominee.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Write an appreciation message">
    Compose a personalised message for the person you're recognising.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enhance with AI (optional)">
    If you feel your message could be better, use the platform's **AI capability** to enhance it. The platform will improve your input and show you an updated message you can use.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Preview and share">
    You'll get a preview of how the recognition will look once shared. When satisfied, click **Share** to send it.
