# Configuring Custom Notifications

> Tune channel, timing, and content independently for each notification touchpoint on Empuls.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open notification settings">
    Navigate to the notification settings in the Admin Dashboard.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select a notification touchpoint">
    Choose the touchpoint you want to configure — for example, **Welcome Emails**, **Sign-Up Reminders**, **Redemption Reminders**, or **Wishboard Nudges**. Each has its own independent settings.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the channel and timing">
    Adjust the delivery channel and frequency for that specific notification type.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit the message content">
    Customise the actual email content for the notification to match your organisation's tone and messaging.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save your changes">
    Save the settings for that touchpoint. Repeat for any other notification types you want to tailor.
