# Award Denominations & Approver Masking

> Watch how to set multiple award point tiers, hide values from nominators, and mask approver identities across multi-level approvals on Empuls.

## Steps

  <Step title="Open the award's reward configuration">
    While setting up an award, go to the **Configure Rewards** step and set **Point(s) Type** to **Denomination**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add multiple denomination values">
    Enter the point tiers you want to offer (for example, 50, 100, 150). Approvers will pick the right tier at the time of approval.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Hide the value from nominators">
    Enable the toggle that hides the point value during nomination, so nominators submit blind and the approver decides what the recognition is worth.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Mask approver identities">
    Turn on approver masking so that L2 approvers don't see who approved at L1 — each level reviews independently.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save the award">
    Both controls are independent and configurable per award, so mix and match based on how each program is run. Admins always retain full visibility.
