# Overview

> Empuls Sales Incentive helps you design, run, and analyse commission and incentive programmes for your sales teams.

Empuls **Sales Incentive** is a purpose-built module for designing, launching, and tracking sales commission and incentive plans. Use it to motivate sales teams with milestone-based rewards, cascading targets, real-time leaderboards, and transparent payout calculations.
